I'm usually (uk) 8/10 top and 12/14 bottom so i prioritised the fit of the waist/hip and chose "size l". However, it was a big mistake because it's way too loose on the top (it flaps around the bust and makes a tent around the back).
I wasn't able to get a refund and this material is quite difficult to alter so essentially a waste of money. I accept that i chose the wrong size but i would advise the seller to add the hip and waist measurements because it's hard to choose the correct option based solely on the bust.
I'm disappointed because otherwise the dress is exactly as described/pictured and i was fully prepared to buy it in all the other colours (my only quibble is that the button closure is purely decorative so you can't actually open or close it).
I recommend choosing maybe 1 size down from your usual as the material is decently stretchy and this style of dress is meant to be figure hugging.
